U7 is a perfect fit for Kindergarten and Pre-K players who are just starting out in youth sports, and more importantly, families who are new to Lacrosse.  With both fall and spring seasons, players have an opportunity  to learn the basics of lacrosse in a fun, positive and active environment. Our one session per week structure (Sundays; April-June), allows players & families to try Lacrosse without a large commitment. We will focus on basic movement skills that build confidence and ability to play lacrosse through dynamic, non-contact challenges, such as Squirrels & Nuts, Musical Cradling, Sharks and Minnows and more!
